About me

Jay D. Marson, Esq., M.S.W., is a licensed attorney and psychotherapist with extensive expertise. He received a JD from NYU School of Law and a master's degree in social work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City.

He assists his clients with anxiety, depression, panic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, traumas, and behavioral challenges as an experienced cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. He also specializes in self-perception/self-esteem difficulties, assisting individuals in significantly improving the quality of their life.
He has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. He is competent in resolving clients' psychological and emotional challenges, including, but not limited to, trauma and conflict, as a result of his decades of expertise. He assists individuals in achieving revolutionary development and personal growth via his work.

Jay Marson is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is qualified and experienced as a mediator, assisting couples in reaching an amicable, peaceful, and humane resolution to their separation and/or divorce. He assists his clients in resolving difficult legal challenges, delicate and emotionally charged circumstances, and achieving agreements that benefit the marriage and their children. He is an expert in mediating not just divorces, but also commercial disputes.

His work exemplifies professionalism, assisting clients in the most effective manner possible to get the finest results imaginable. He frequently maneuvers through exceedingly intricate circumstances with a combination of expertise, experience, compassion, and empathy.

Jay Marson is also a jazz saxophonist who has recorded and performed in the United States and abroad.
